Truterra, Cotton Incorporated, and GreenPoint Ag Holdings LLC Cotton Project

The goal of the collaboration between, Truterra LLC, Cotton Incorporated and GreenPoint Ag Holdings LLC is to advance sustainable agricultural practices on cotton acres in the mid-south and southeast. The project aims to establish a baseline of sustainable agricultural activity on 50,000 acres of cotton, streamline engagement with the U.S. Cotton Trust Protocol, and track year over-year sustainability improvements.  There are no specific improvement targets, rather the focus is to show continuous improvement year-over-year.  The following KPIs are used to demonstrate year-over-year improvement including: Greenhouse Gas Emissions, Soil Conservation, Soil Carbon, Energy Use, Water Quality, Biodiversity, Conservation Practices Deployed.
