Avena Foods Oats and Peas Innovation Project

Avena Food is seeking to meet industry interest by documenting sustainability actions from the production of peas and oats. The initial project goal is to establish a baseline with 25 to 30 farmers, identifying areas for potential sustainability improvements and working with them towards addressing the areas realized. This project will focus specifically on greenhouse gas emission reduction.
