Recognizing Leaders in Sustainable Agriculture

Field to Market's Sustainability Awards program recognizes exceptional leaders from across our membership that have demonstrated outstanding commitments to commodity crop sustainability.

Each year, Field to Market recognizes a Farmer of the Year, Trusted Adviser of the Year, and Collaboration of the Year. Winners are announced to the public at our Fall Plenary and General Assembly meeting.

Also, throughout the year, we profile farmers, projects and trusted advisers through our Spotlight Series by publishing articles in our member communications, on our website, through social media and press placements.

Nominations received by June 30 will be considered for recognition in the current year. Those received after June 30 will be considered in the following year.

The Farmer of the Year Award, Field to Market’s top honor for commodity producers, recognizes the farmer with multiple years of experience utilizing the Fieldprint Platform who has achieved outstanding conservation throughout their operation and is demonstrating leadership in the grower community.

The Trusted Adviser of the Year Award recognizes an outstanding Trusted Adviser who is a champion in advising, leading and partnering with farmers and the supply chain in adopting conservation practices and advancing continuous improvement.

The Collaboration of the Year Award recognizes an outstanding Project registered in Field to Market’s Continuous Improvement Accelerator that has demonstrated achievements in advancing continuous improvement in sustainable agriculture at the field and landscape level and serves as a model for peers across the supply chain.
